Hello friends and family!

This past week has been packed full of amazing adventures. Between Monday and Friday we distributed about 130 Bibles to the surrounding communities, lead worship on Wednesday and had several house visits with some people from the church.

The people here are super hospitable and they have been opening their homes and sharing life with us. Being on a mission trip is very different from being on vacation for this reason. We had the opportunity to do a prayer walk around the neighborhood of Piedras Azules to listen and ask God to reveal the spiritual environment and needs of the people here before setting out for Bible distribution.

It has been so beautiful getting to see all the faces of the people who live here and to bless each one of them with a Bible and prayer. It is plain to see that God is working in this community and in these people, and getting to be a small part of that is altogether humbling, challenging and exiting!

Throughout the week we were invited multiple times by multiple different people to come to the river and so today that is inevitably where we find ourselves, swimming and eating BBQ’d chicken with rice. Such a blessing!

• That the finances for the outreach ground fees would come in.
• Jonathan’s health
• The youth night that we are leading on Friday night.
